Mean Joe Greene, is there really anything else to say about this helmet? For the fun of it let's go over the details. This is a 100% exact replica of Greene's 1969 Rookie helmet. This was a one-year setup for him. 7 ¾ extra wide Riddell husky with exact 60's Schutt cage. The paint is virtually flawless decal was expertly mounted without the need to slit as was sometimes done to save time. Both decal and numbers are the proper thickness of era and of course exact font. Two beautiful medium leather jaw pads, rubber crown and correct chin strap. The only thing missing are the battle scares.
